1. Introduction

The Samsung Galaxy A31 is a feature-rich Android smartphone designed for an immersive mobile experience. It features a large Super AMOLED display, a versatile quad-camera system, and a long-lasting battery, all housed within a slim and ergonomic design.

2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Upon opening the package, ensure all contents are present:

  • Samsung Galaxy A31 Smartphone
  • USB Type-C Cable
  • Quick Start Guide (if included)

Inspect the device for any physical damage before proceeding.

2.2 Inserting the SIM Card(s) and MicroSD Card

The Galaxy A31 supports Dual SIM functionality and a MicroSD card for expandable storage.

  1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.
  2. Insert the SIM ejector tool (or a small paper clip) into the hole on the SIM tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring proper orientation.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the slot until it is flush with the device.

2.3 Charging the Battery

The device is equipped with a non-removable 5000 mAh battery. For optimal performance, fully charge the device before first use.

  1. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not always included) and plug it into a power outlet.
  3. The charging indicator will appear on the screen. The device supports 15W Fast Charging.

2.4 Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power/Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Side key, then tap 'Power off' on the screen. Alternatively, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Panel, then tap the Power icon and select 'Power off'.

3. Operating Your Device

3.1 Display and Navigation
