1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the proper use and maintenance of your WixGear Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

2. Setup and Pairing

2.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided cable. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.

2.2 Powering On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on each earbud for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on each earbud for 5 seconds.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on one of the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "WixGear-W12" (or similar model name).
5. Once connected, the earbud indicator light will stop flashing.

2.4 Single Earbud Mode

You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect. If you take out the second earbud, they will automatically switch to binaural (stereo) mode.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Touch Controls

The earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls for various functions:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

3.2 Wearing the Earbuds

Insert the earbuds gently into your ears and rotate them slightly to find a comfortable and secure fit. The ergonomic design is intended for extended wear.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and free of debris to maintain proper charging.

4.2 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

5. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with device:

• Only one earbud working:
  - Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  - Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. This should reset their connection.

• No sound or low volume:
  - Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
