5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Control Panel Overview
The machine features an LCD display and various buttons for setting parameters and controlling operation.

Figure 6: Close-up view of the control panel with LCD display and function buttons.
- Filling Time: Sets the duration the pump operates for each fill cycle.
- Waiting Time: Sets the delay between fill cycles in automatic mode.
- Counter: Displays the number of completed fill cycles.
- Filling Speed: Adjusts the pump's rotation rate, affecting flow volume.
- SET/EXIT: Enters/exits parameter setting mode.
- RIGHT SHIFT: Moves cursor to the right during parameter setting.
- ADD/UNIT: Increases value or changes unit.
- RESET: Resets the counter.
- SETTING: Enters advanced settings.
- FIXED POINT: For specific calibration (refer to detailed manual if needed).
- MANUAL: Activates manual filling mode (often used with foot pedal).
- AUTO: Activates automatic continuous filling mode.
5.2. Initial Priming
Before the first use or after changing liquids, the pump system needs to be primed to remove any air. Place the outlet tube into a waste container or back into the supply. Run the machine in manual mode until liquid flows consistently without air bubbles. This may take a few seconds.
5.3. Setting Filling Parameters
- Power On: Turn on the machine. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Set Filling Time:
- Press the 'SET' button next to 'Filling Time'. The display will flash.
- Use 'RIGHT SHIFT' to move between digits and 'ADD/UNIT' to change the value.
- Press 'SET' again to confirm and exit.
- Set Waiting Time (for Auto Mode):
- Press the 'SET' button next to 'Waiting Time'.
- Adjust the delay between fills using 'RIGHT SHIFT' and 'ADD/UNIT'.
- Press 'SET' again to confirm.
- Adjust Filling Speed: Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' arrow buttons next to 'Filling Speed' to increase or decrease the pump speed. Higher speed means faster filling.
- Calibration: Perform a test fill into a graduated cylinder to verify the actual volume dispensed. Adjust the 'Filling Time' and 'Filling Speed' as needed to achieve the desired volume. Repeat until accurate.
5.4. Working Modes
- Pedal Mode (Manual):
- Ensure the foot pedal is connected.
- Press the 'MANUAL' button.
- Place a bottle under the filling nozzle.
- Press and hold the foot pedal to start filling. Release to stop. The machine will fill for the set 'Filling Time' if the pedal is held.
- Automatic Mode:
- Press the 'AUTO' button.
- The machine will automatically perform fill cycles based on the set 'Filling Time' and 'Waiting Time'.
- Ensure bottles are continuously placed under the nozzle.
- Press 'AUTO' again to pause or stop the automatic filling.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning After Use: After each use, especially when changing liquids or for storage, clean the pump and tubes. Run clean water through the system. For thorough cleaning, run a small amount of alcohol or a suitable cleaning solution through the pump and tubes.
- External Cleaning: Wipe the machine's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the machine in water.
- Tube Inspection: Regularly inspect the tubes for wear, cracks, or blockages. Replace damaged tubes promptly.
- Filter Cleaning: Clean the inlet filter regularly to ensure unobstructed liquid flow.
- Storage: Store the machine in a dry, clean environment away from extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on | No power supply; Power switch off; Faulty cable | Check power connection; Ensure power switch is on; Test power outlet; Replace cable if damaged. |
| Pump runs but no liquid is dispensed | Air in the pump/tubes; Inlet tube not submerged; Filter blocked; Liquid too viscous | Perform initial priming to remove air; Ensure inlet tube is fully submerged; Clean the inlet filter; Use only low-viscosity liquids without particles. |
| Inaccurate filling volume | Incorrect 'Filling Time' or 'Filling Speed' settings; Air bubbles in liquid; Tube leakage | Recalibrate 'Filling Time' and 'Filling Speed' with a graduated cylinder; Ensure no air in the system; Check for leaks in tubes and connections. |
| Liquid dripping from nozzle | Anti-drip function not active or faulty; Nozzle not sealing properly | Ensure anti-drip function is enabled (if applicable in settings); Inspect nozzle for damage or blockages. |
| Machine stops unexpectedly | Overheating; Power interruption; Internal fault | Allow machine to cool down; Check power supply; Contact customer support if problem persists. |
