3. Standard Distance Measurement

- Aim the crosshairs at your desired target.
- Press the Power Button once. The distance will be displayed instantly.
4. Flagpole Lock with Vibration
This feature helps to lock onto the flagstick, ignoring background objects.

5. Slope Compensation
The slope compensation feature calculates the adjusted distance based on elevation changes, providing a more accurate "play as" distance for uphill or downhill shots.
- Ensure the slope compensation mode is activated (usually indicated by an icon on the display).
- Measure the distance to your target as usual.
- The display will show both the line-of-sight distance and the slope-adjusted distance.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Use the provided microfiber cleaning cloth to gently wipe the lenses and exterior surfaces.
- Do not use abrasive materials or chemical cleaners, as they may damage the optics or casing.
- For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water.
2. Storage
- Store the rangefinder in its carrying case when not in use to protect it from dust and impacts.
- Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove the battery if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
- Device does not power on: Check if the CR2 battery is installed correctly with the right polarity. Replace the battery if it is depleted.
- Inaccurate readings: Ensure the lenses are clean. Make sure you are targeting a clear object and not scanning through obstacles. For flagpole lock, ensure you are slowly scanning across the flag.
- Display is blurry: Adjust the eyepiece (diopter) by rotating it until the display is clear.
- No vibration feedback: Check if the flagpole lock mode is active. Ensure the target is clearly acquired.
- Short battery life: The device automatically shuts off after 8 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery. Ensure you are using a fresh, high-quality CR2 battery.
