1. Introduction

This user manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your Kastar NP-FS11 Lithium-Ion batteries and the accompanying LCD AC charger. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

Observe the following safety precautions to prevent damage to the product or injury to yourself.

• Do not disassemble the unit: Attempting to disassemble the charger or batteries may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the product.
• Dry location use only: The charger is designed for indoor use in dry conditions. Do not expose it to rain, moisture, or extreme humidity.
• Avoid high temperatures: Do not expose batteries or charger to high temperatures (above 140°F / 60°C) or direct sunlight.
• Proper disposal: Dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Do not incinerate.
• Keep out of reach of children: This product is not a toy.

• 4 x Kastar NP-FS11 Lithium-Ion Batteries
• 1 x Kastar LCD AC Charger

4. Setup: Charging the Batteries

Follow these steps to charge your Kastar NP-FS11 batteries using the provided LCD AC charger.

1. Connect the Charger: Plug the AC wall adapter into a standard wall outlet (AC 100-240V, 50-60Hz). Alternatively, use the car charger adapter to connect to your vehicle's 12V power socket.
2. Insert Battery: Carefully insert one Kastar NP-FS11 battery into the charging slot of the LCD AC charger. Ensure the battery is oriented correctly.
3. Monitor Charging Status: The LCD screen on the charger will display the current charging status and the battery's charge percentage. A full battery icon indicates a complete charge.
4. Remove Battery: Once charging is complete, remove the battery from the charger. Disconnect the charger from the power source when not in use.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charger and battery contacts. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to store batteries with a partial charge (around 50%).
• Avoid short circuits: Do not allow metal objects to come into contact with the battery terminals.
