Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your HYS Dual-Band Yagi Antenna. Ensure you have a clean, flat surface to work on.
- Identify Boom Sections: The antenna consists of multiple boom sections. Lay them out and identify the main boom sections and the central element.
- Attach Elements to Boom: Insert each numbered antenna element into its corresponding hole on the boom sections. Secure each element with the provided screws using a screwdriver. Ensure a snug fit but do not overtighten.
- Assemble Central Element: Attach the central element, which includes the SO239 connector, to its designated position on the main boom. Secure it firmly with screws.
- Connect Boom Sections: Join the assembled boom sections together, ensuring proper alignment. Secure these connections with the provided fasteners.
- Install U-Bolt Mount: Attach the U-bolt mount and plate to the rear section of the antenna boom. This will be used to secure the antenna to a mast pole (mast pole not included).

Mounting the Antenna
