5. Setup

  1. Connect the included USB cable to the Micro-USB input port on the charger.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a suitable power source.

5.1 Power Source Options

The charger can be powered by various USB-compatible sources:

  • Computer USB port (PC)
  • USB AC Wall Charger (not included)
  • USB Car Charger (not included)
  • Portable Power Bank (not included)

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Ensure the charger is connected to a power source as described in the 'Setup' section.
  2. Carefully insert the compatible battery into the charger's battery slot, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Observe the LED indicator on the charger:
    • A RED light indicates that the battery is currently charging.
    • A GREEN light indicates that the charging process is complete.
  4. Once the LED turns green, remove the fully charged battery from the charger.
  5. Disconnect the charger from the power source when not in use.

7. Maintenance

  • Clean the charger with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure the battery contacts on the charger are clean and free of debris.
  • Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Charger Not Powering On / LED Not Lighting Up

  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the charger and the power source.
  • Try a different USB port or power source to rule out issues with the power supply.
  • Verify that the power source is active and providing power.

8.2 Battery Not Charging

  • Confirm that the battery is correctly inserted into the charger with proper polarity.
  • Ensure the battery is compatible with this charger (refer to 'Compatible Batteries' section).
  • Check if the battery itself is damaged or at the end of its lifespan.
  • Clean the battery contacts on both the battery and the charger.
