Introduction

The Healthkeep Smart BMI Scale is a digital bathroom wireless weight scale designed to provide comprehensive body composition analysis. Setup

1. Battery Installation

The scale requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the cover, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators, and close the cover securely.

2. App Download and Account Creation

Download the "Fitdays" app from your device's app store (APP Store for iOS or Google Play for Android). Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to create your user account. You will need to provide basic information such as nickname, birthday, height, and target weight.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Open the Fitdays app. Step onto the scale to activate it. The app should automatically detect and pair with the scale. If prompted, allow location services for Android devices (version 6.0 or later) to ensure proper Bluetooth functionality.

Operating Instructions

1. Taking a Measurement

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface (avoid carpets or uneven floors for accurate readings). Step onto the scale with bare, dry feet, ensuring your feet are positioned on the electrode pads. Stand still for at least 10 seconds until your weight is displayed and the app has synchronized the data. The scale features step-on technology and auto-calibration for fast and accurate readings.

2. Changing Weight Units

The unit button is located on the back of the scale. You can easily switch between pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stones (st) by pressing this button.

3. Multiple User Profiles

The Healthkeep wireless scale supports up to 24 member profiles. Within the Fitdays app, you can add family members' profiles. When a user steps on the scale, the app will automatically identify them (if their profile is set up and they are within Bluetooth range) and display their specific body metrics, allowing each member to track their individual progress.

4. App Features

The Fitdays app records all your changes, providing clear changing curves to help you easily keep up with your improving health. It syncs data with popular fitness apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, and Samsung Health, centralizing your data for viewing trends and tracking progress across 13 health indicators including Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, and Body Water.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or submerging the scale in water.
  • Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display or in the app.
