  • Part Replacement: Most parts are replaceable with standard components found at local hardware stores. Consult a plumbing professional if you are unsure about replacements.
  • Winterization: In regions subject to freezing temperatures, disconnect and drain the water supply to The Waterbox before the first freeze to prevent damage from ice expansion.

Troubleshooting

  • No Water Flow:
    • Check if the main water supply is turned on.
    • Ensure the faucet handle is fully open.
    • Inspect for any blockages in the hose or internal piping.
  • Leaks:
    • Tighten all connections (inlet, faucet, hose).
    • Inspect O-rings and washers for damage and replace if necessary.
    • If the leak persists, the faucet or internal piping may require replacement.
  • Lid Not Closing Flush:
    • Check for any obstructions (debris, soil) preventing the lid from seating properly.
    • Ensure The Waterbox is installed level.
