Setup
- Prepare Your Meal: Place your food into the 1.5L stainless steel tray. If heating dry food like rice or pasta, add a few drops of water for optimal heating. Use the 0.45L container for fruits or salads if desired.
- Assemble the Lunch Box: Place the filled stainless steel tray into the main unit. Secure the leakproof lid by ensuring all clasps are firmly closed.
- Connect Power: Select the appropriate power cord (110V/220V for home/office or 12V/24V for car/truck). Plug the cord into the designated port on the lunch box and then into the power source.
- Open Steam Vent: Before heating, ensure the exhaust cover (steam vent) on the lid is open to allow steam to escape.

Operating Instructions
Once the lunch box is set up and plugged in, press the power button to begin heating. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Heating Time: Food typically heats up in 15-20 minutes, depending on the type and quantity of food.
- Even Heating: The 80W PTC heating element ensures even warming without drying out your meal.
- Dual Voltage Use: The lunch box is versatile, operating with both 12V/24V (car/truck) and 110V/220V (home/office) power sources.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your lunch box.
- Stainless Steel Tray and Utensils: These components are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
- External Box: The main unit (outer box) should NOT be washed in a dishwasher or immersed in water. Wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Lid: The lid can be hand-washed with mild soap and water. Ensure the sealing ring is clean and properly seated after washing to maintain leakproof functionality.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your lunch box, refer to the following common solutions:
- Unit Not Heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the lunch box and a functional power outlet. Check if the power indicator light is on.
- Food Not Heating Evenly: Make sure the steam vent on the lid is open during the heating process. This allows steam to circulate and heat food more effectively.
- Leaking: Verify that the leakproof lid is correctly positioned and all four clasps are securely fastened. Inspect the silicone sealing ring for any damage or misalignment.
- Slow Heating: Ensure the correct power cord is used for the power source (e.g., 110V/220V cord for wall outlets). Heating times can vary based on food type and initial temperature.
