1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

4.3 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the treadmill is in the 'ON' position.

5. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the controls and display before beginning your workout.

5.1 Safety Key

Attach the safety key clip to your clothing. Insert the magnetic end of the safety key into the designated slot on the armrest console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

5.2 Starting the Treadmill

With the safety key in place, press the 'Start' button on the armrest console or the remote control. The treadmill will begin at a low speed, which can then be adjusted.

5.3 Adjusting Speed

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the armrest console or remote control to increase or decrease the running belt speed. The speed range is 0.5 KM/H to 10 KM/H.

6.1 Folding the Treadmill

To fold, ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged. Loosen the cross fixed lock knobs on the handlebar assembly. Carefully lower the handlebars towards the running deck until they are flat. Re-tighten the knobs to secure the folded position.

6.2 Moving and Storing

Once folded, the treadmill can be easily moved using its integrated transport wheels. It can be stored upright against a wall or horizontally under furniture, requiring minimal space.
