- Do not overheat the product. Heating times are approximate and may vary based on microwave wattage. Always test the temperature with a light touch before applying to your skin.
- Consult a physician before use if you have any pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, circulatory problems, acute or persistent chronic pain, or altered temperature sensitivity at the treatment site.
- Do not immerse the product in any type of liquid solution. This will destroy the product.
- Do not allow animals to bite or chew the product.

Operating Instructions
Heat Therapy
- Place the REVIX wrap in a clean microwave. For carousel-type microwaves, heat for 120 seconds. For non-carousel type microwaves, heat for 60 seconds, then rotate the pad 180 degrees for an additional 60 seconds.
- Carefully touch test the wrap to ensure it has reached the desired temperature. If more heat is desired, continue to heat at 60-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat.
- Apply the heated wrap to the desired area for 20-30 minutes.

Cold Therapy
- Place the REVIX wrap in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
- Apply the chilled wrap to the desired area for 8-10 minutes of gentle cool therapy per freezing cycle.

Cleaning
- Only surface wipe clean with water only using a damp cloth if the wrap becomes soiled.
