1. To recline, lift the backrest slightly to disengage it from its current notch.
2. Gently lower the backrest to the desired angle, ensuring the support bar securely engages with one of the lower notches.
3. To raise the backrest, lift it upwards until it disengages from the notch, then pull it forward to a more upright position and secure it in a higher notch.

5.2 Adjusting the Canopy

The canopy provides adjustable shade:

• The canopy can be tilted forward or backward to adjust the amount of shade.
• To lower the canopy for storage or full sun exposure, gently push it down until it rests flat against the lounger.
