Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the AlierGo Neck Heating Pad from its packaging.
- Connect Power: Locate the USB power cable attached to the heating pad. Plug the USB end of the cable into a compatible power source such as a PC USB port, a power bank, or a USB wall adapter (not included). The device requires a 5-volt power supply.
- Positioning: Place the heating pad around your neck, ensuring the heating elements are positioned over the desired area for therapy.
- Secure Fit: Use the magic tape fasteners to adjust the fit of the heating pad around your neck. Adjust it slightly to ensure a snug but comfortable fit for better heat transfer.
Operating Instructions
Heat Therapy:
- Power On: Once connected to a power source, press the power button on the in-line controller to turn on the heating pad.
- Select Heat Level: Use the control buttons on the in-line controller to cycle through the 3 available heat settings: Low, Middle, and High. The indicator lights on the controller will show the selected level.

- Automatic Shut-off: The heating pad is designed with a 0.5-hour (30-minute) automatic shut-off feature for safety. After 30 minutes of continuous operation, the device will power off automatically. You can restart it by pressing the power button again if further therapy is desired.

- Enhance Heat Transfer: For better heat therapy, gently press the heating pad against your neck to ensure closer contact with the skin.

Cold Compress Therapy (Gel Pack Not Included):

- Prepare Gel Pack: For cold therapy, place a suitable gel pack in a freezer until it reaches the desired coldness. For heat therapy without power, the gel pack can be microwaved according to its own instructions.
