Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify all parts are present according to the packing list.
2. Mounting: Securely mount the sprayer tank to your UTV, ATV, or other transport vehicle. Use appropriate straps or mounting hardware (not included) to prevent movement during operation. The quick-grip handles on the tank facilitate easy placement.
3. Hose Connection: Connect the spray gun hose to the pump outlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Utilize the hose strap for organized storage when not in use.
4. Power Connection: Connect the 12V wire harness to a compatible 12V battery. The alligator clamps provide a secure connection. Ensure correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative).
5. Filling the Tank: Open the large tank lid. Fill the tank with the desired liquid, ensuring not to exceed the 25-gallon capacity. Close the lid securely.

Operating Instructions

Spot Spraying:

1. Ensure the sprayer is properly set up and filled.
2. Turn on the pump using the integrated switch (if present) or by connecting the power. The pump will build pressure.
3. Un-holster the deluxe spray gun (SG-2218-18).
4. Adjust the heavy-duty brass nozzle to achieve the desired spray pattern, from a steady stream for long-distance reach (up to 25 feet vertically, 30 feet horizontally) to a wide mist for broader coverage.
5. Press the trigger to begin spraying. For longer jobs, utilize the trigger lock feature to reduce hand fatigue.
6. When finished, release the trigger and turn off the pump.

Broadcast Spraying (Optional):

This spot sprayer can be converted to a broadcast sprayer. This requires purchasing an ideal Mounting Kit and Broadcast Boom/Boomless Kits based on application needs. These kits are sold separately. Refer to the instructions provided with the broadcast kit for installation and operation.

Maintenance

• After Each Use:
  • Drain any remaining fluid from the tank using the molded-in drain port.
  • Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
  • Run clean water through the pump and spray gun to flush out any chemical residue.
  • Clean the quick-attach inline strainer to prevent clogs.
• Storage: Store the sprayer in a dry, protected area, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
• Pump Care: The Everflo diaphragm pump is designed for durability. If performance issues arise, consult the pump's specific troubleshooting guide or contact Master Mfg support.
• Spray Gun: The deluxe spray gun is field repairable. Refer to the spray gun's specific instructions for maintenance or repair.
