  • Battery Safety: Use only the specified battery and charger. Do not overcharge or short-circuit the battery. Disconnect the battery when not in use and during charging.
  • Smoke Generator: The smoke generator uses a special liquid. Do not ingest or allow contact with eyes. Operate in a well-ventilated area.
  • Environmental Conditions: Avoid operating the tank in wet conditions, extreme temperatures, or on very rough terrain that could damage the tracks or internal components.
  • Supervision: Adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger operators.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After use, gently wipe down the tank with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals.
  • Track Inspection: Regularly check the plastic tracks for any damage or debris lodged in the sprockets or road wheels. Clean as necessary.
  • Smoke Generator: If the smoke output decreases, ensure the reservoir has sufficient smoke liquid. Clean the smoke outlet if it appears clogged.
  • Storage: Store the tank and remote controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from both the tank and controller if storing for extended periods.
  • Lubrication: Periodically check moving parts for smooth operation. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant if necessary, avoiding electronic components.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Tank does not respond to controller.Tank or controller not powered on; Batteries low or dead; Not paired; Interference.Ensure both are powered on. Replace/recharge batteries. Re-pair tank and controller. Move to an area with less interference.
BB pellets do not fire.No BBs loaded; Firing mechanism jammed; Safety switch engaged.Load BBs into the magazine. Clear any obstructions from the firing mechanism. Ensure the safety switch is disengaged.
No smoke or low smoke output.Smoke liquid reservoir empty; Smoke generator clogged; Smoke function not activated.Refill smoke liquid. Gently clean the smoke outlet. Ensure the smoke function is turned on via the controller.
Tracks are slipping or coming off.Debris in tracks; Tracks too loose/tight; Operating on unsuitable terrain.Clean tracks and sprockets. Adjust track tension if possible (refer to advanced maintenance). Operate on appropriate surfaces.
Tank sounds are distorted or absent.Volume too low; Speaker obstruction; Mainboard issue.Increase volume on controller. Check for speaker obstruction. If problem persists, contact customer support.
