4.2 Wiring Connections

The system operates on a 12V DC power supply. Connect the wiring harness as follows:

  • Red Wire: Connect to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's 12V battery.
  • Black Wire: Connect to the negative (-) terminal (ground) of your vehicle's 12V battery.
  • Speaker Wires: Connect the speaker wires to the corresponding speaker terminals on the main unit. Ensure correct polarity.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On/Off and Volume Control

  • Power On: Press the central rotary knob briefly.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the central rotary knob for approximately 3 seconds.
  • Volume Adjustment: Rotate the central knob clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease volume.

5.2 Mode Selection

Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through available input modes: FM Radio, Bluetooth, USB, SD/TF Card, and AUX In.

5.3 FM Radio Operation

  • In FM mode, the display will show the current frequency.
  • Press PREV (◀◀) or NEXT (▶▶) briefly to manually tune to the previous or next frequency.
  • Press and hold PREV (◀◀) or NEXT (▶▶) to automatically scan for the next available station.
  • The system supports a frequency range of 87-108MHz.

5.4 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Switch the unit to Bluetooth mode using the MODE button. The display will indicate "Bluetooth Mode" or a similar message.
  2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "XYC Audio" (or similar name) from the list of devices to pair.
  4. Once paired, you can play audio from your device through the speaker system.

5.5 USB/SD/TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB slot or an SD/TF card into the SD slot.
  2. The unit will automatically switch to USB or SD mode and begin playing audio files. If not, press the MODE button to select the correct input.
  3. Use PREV (◀◀) and NEXT (▶▶) to navigate tracks.
