4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Edging Operation

1. Set the desired edging depth using the depth adjustment knob.
2. Position the edger so the blade is aligned with the edge of the surface you wish to trim (e.g., sidewalk, driveway).
3. Ensure the pull-up edge guide is in the down position for edging.
4. Press the power button to start the motor. Allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging with the ground.
5. Slowly guide the edger along the desired line, keeping the guide wheel on the paved surface. Maintain a steady pace for a clean cut.
6. Avoid forcing the tool. If the motor slows down, pull back slightly to allow the blade to regain speed.

6.2 Blade Replacement

The 7.5-inch hardened steel blade is designed for durability but will eventually dull. A replacement blade (EB-007) is included with your purchase. To replace the blade:

1. Ensure the tool is unplugged.
