  1. Put legs in the correct wraps: Identify the left (L) and right (R) leg wraps. Ensure the foot, calf, and thigh sections are correctly positioned on each leg.
  2. Don't wrap too tightly: Secure the wraps around your legs. Ensure you can comfortably fit 4 fingers inside the wraps to allow for proper air compression.
  3. Plug in controller: Connect the air hoses from the leg wraps to the corresponding ports on the handheld controller.
  4. Connect the adapter: Plug the power adapter into the controller, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Once set up, use the handheld controller to operate the massager:

  • Power Button: Press to turn the device on or off.
  • Modes: Choose from 6 massage modes (C1 Full Leg, C2 Feet & Calves, C3 Sequence, ST Thighs, SC Calves, SF Feet) to target different areas and massage patterns.
  • Intensities: Select from 3 intensity levels (Low, Medium, High) to adjust the compression strength. It is recommended to start with the lowest intensity.
  • Heat Settings: Activate heat therapy with 2 available heat levels (49°C / 120°F and 59°C / 138°F) for soothing warmth.
  • Auto-Off Timer: The device features a smart timer that automatically shuts off after 20 minutes to prevent overheating and ensure safety.
