Important Safety Instructions
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this vacuum cleaner.
- Always unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
- Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
- Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
- Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
- Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
- Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
- Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
- Do not handle plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
- Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
- Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
- Turn off all controls before unplugging.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.

Product Overview
The ZVac Prima Canister Vacuum Cleaner is designed for efficient cleaning of various surfaces. Below are key components and their functions.

Main Components:
- Canister Unit: Contains the motor, dust bag compartment, and filters. Features power and cord rewind buttons.
- Flexible Hose: Connects to the canister unit and the telescopic wand.
- Telescopic Wand: Extends for comfortable reach and connects to various cleaning tools.
- Floor Brushes: Includes a 12" floor brush and a 10" combined brush for carpet and hard floors.
- 2-in-1 Tool: Versatile attachment for crevices and dusting.
Setup and Assembly
Attaching the Hose:
Insert the hose end into the suction inlet on the front of the canister unit. Push firmly until it clicks into place, ensuring a secure connection.
Assembling the Wand and Floor Tool:
Connect the telescopic wand to the handle end of the flexible hose. Then, attach your desired floor brush (12" floor brush or 10" combined brush) to the end of the telescopic wand. Ensure all connections are snug.

Checking Dust Bag and Filters:
Before first use, ensure the HEPA cloth bag, motor filter, and outlet filter are correctly installed. Refer to the "Maintenance" section for details on accessing these components.

Operating Instructions
Power Connection:
Extend the power cord from the back of the unit and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The cord has a length of 19 feet.
Powering On/Off:
Press the power button (marked with 'I' symbol) located on the top of the canister unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on. Press it again to turn off.
Using Attachments:
- Floor Brushes: Use the appropriate floor brush for your surface. The combined brush can be switched between carpet and hard floor modes.
- 2-in-1 Tool: Attach the 2-in-1 tool directly to the hose handle or the telescopic wand for cleaning upholstery, crevices, or dusting surfaces.
Automatic Cord Rewind:
After use, unplug the vacuum cleaner from the wall outlet. Press the cord rewind button (marked with a plug symbol) on the top of the canister unit to automatically retract the power cord.
Full Bag Indicator:
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a digital visual indicator that signals when the dust bag is full and requires replacement. Replace the bag promptly to maintain optimal suction performance.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your ZVac Prima vacuum cleaner.
Dust Bag Replacement:
When the full bag indicator illuminates, it is time to replace the HEPA cloth bag. Open the dust bag compartment (refer to Figure 5 in Product Overview), remove the full bag, and dispose of it. Insert a new HEPA cloth bag, ensuring it is properly seated.
Filter Cleaning/Replacement:
The motor filter and outlet filter should be checked regularly and cleaned or replaced as needed. Gently tap out loose dirt from the filters. If filters are heavily soiled or damaged, replace them with genuine ZVac replacement filters.
General Cleaning:
Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Periodically check the brushes for tangled hair or debris and remove them to maintain effective cleaning.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ZVac Prima vacuum cleaner, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions.
