The SP833 features two independent speakers that can be used individually or paired together for True Wireless Stereo (TWS) sound. They are designed with a silicone wrap for protection and magnetic bases for convenient attachment.

2. Safety Information

4. Product Overview

Each SP833 speaker features the following components:

• Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off. Short press for play/pause.
• Volume Up / Next Track Button: Short press for volume up. Long press for next track.
• Volume Down / Previous Track Button: Short press for volume down. Long press for previous track.
• Microphone: For hands-free calling.
• Charging Port: Micro USB or USB-C (refer to your specific model).
• LED Indicator: Displays power, charging, and Bluetooth status.
• Magnetic Base: Allows speakers to attach to each other or metallic surfaces.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speakers

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on each speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.
4. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.

5.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Bluetooth Pairing (Single Speaker)

1. Ensure the speaker is charged and powered on. The LED indicator will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other device.
3. Search for Bluetooth devices and select "SYLVANIA SP833" from the list.
4. Once paired, the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid. You will hear a confirmation tone.

6.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Two Speakers)

To enjoy stereo sound, you can pair both SP833 speakers together:

1. Ensure both speakers are charged and powered on. Do not pair them with your device yet.
2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Power Button. The speakers will attempt to connect to each other.
3. Once successfully paired in TWS mode, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the LED indicator on the primary speaker will flash, while the secondary speaker's LED will remain solid.
4. Now, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other device.
5. Search for Bluetooth devices and select "SYLVANIA SP833" from the list. Only one "SYLVANIA SP833" entry should appear.
6. Once paired, the LED indicator on the primary speaker will remain solid.

Note: When TWS paired, controls on either speaker will affect both. To disconnect TWS, double-press the Power Button on either speaker.

6.3 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Short press the Power Button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.
• Next Track: Long press the Volume Up button.
• Previous Track: Long press the Volume Down button.

6.4 Hands-Free Calling

When connected to a smartphone:

• Answer Call: Short press the Power Button.
• End Call: Short press the Power Button during a call.
• Reject Call: Long press the Power Button when an incoming call rings.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Power Button (if supported by your device).

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the speakers with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speakers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the speakers before storing them for long periods and recharge them every few months.
