Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your FFitness FMMD408N Dual Cycle Mini Exercise Bike.

  1. Attach Stabilizer Bases: Securely attach the front and rear stabilizer bases to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are firmly in place to provide stability.
  2. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the left pedal counter-clockwise and the right pedal clockwise into their respective crank arms. Tighten them firmly with a wrench.
  3. Mount Handlebars: Insert the rotating handlebars into the designated slots on the upper frame. Secure them with the adjustment knob.

  • MODE Button: Press to cycle through different display modes:
    • SCAN: Automatically cycles through all functions every few seconds.
    • TIMER: Displays the elapsed workout time.

    • TOTAL REPS: Displays the total accumulated repetitions since the last reset.
