4. Setup and Programming
4.1. Installing Batteries

- Enter Code: Using the number buttons, enter the first 4-digit code from your list. After entering the fourth digit, the red indicator light should turn off.

- Repeat if Necessary: If the device does not respond or functions incorrectly, repeat steps 2-5 using the next code for your brand until a working code is found.

4.3. Programming Your Remote (Auto Code Search)
If you cannot find your device's code or prefer an automated method, use Auto Code Search.
- Turn on Device: Ensure the device you want to program is turned on.
- Enter Setup Mode: Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator light on the remote turns on, then release.
- Select Device: Press and release the device button (TV, STR, or AUD) you wish to program. The red indicator light will blink once and remain on.
- Start Search: Press and release the POWER button. The red indicator light will begin to blink continuously.
- Wait for Response: The remote is now sending power codes. Point the remote at your device and wait for it to turn off. This may take several minutes.
- Lock Code: Once your device turns off, immediately press and release the SETUP button to lock in the code. The red indicator light will turn off.
- Test Device: Test the remote's functions with your device. If it works, programming is complete. If not, repeat the process.
4.4. Setting Up Primary Audio Control
This feature allows the volume buttons to control a specific device (e.g., your soundbar) regardless of which device mode the remote is currently in.
