2. General Care

Store the mouse in its protective travel case when not in use or when transporting it to prevent damage. Avoid exposing the mouse to extreme temperatures or moisture. Ensure the braided cable is not kinked or excessively bent to prevent internal wire damage.

Troubleshooting

Mouse Not Responding

  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to a functioning USB port on your computer.
  • Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port.
  • Restart your computer.

Buttons Not Functioning Correctly

  • Verify button mappings within the F.L.U.X. software. Ensure the correct profile is active.

Inconsistent Tracking or Movement

  • Ensure your mousepad surface is clean and free of debris.
  • Calibrate the mouse surface and lift-off distance using the F.L.U.X. software (refer to 'LIFE OFF SURFACE' setting).
  • Check the DPI setting; adjust if it's too high or too low for your preference.
  • Ensure the correct glide feet (ceramic or PTFE) are installed for your surface.

Scroll Wheel Issues

  • If the scroll wheel feels loose or too tight, use the hex tool to adjust its tension.
  • Ensure the scroll wheel is properly seated and free from debris.
