The digital control panel allows selection of cooking modes, temperature, and time settings.
Setup and First-Time Use
- Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and any accessories.

Operating Instructions
This slow cooker offers three distinct cooking functions.
1. Slow Cook Function
Ideal for roasts, soups, and stews, providing gentle, consistent heat.
- Place the stoneware crock into the base unit.
- Add ingredients to the stoneware crock. Ensure the crock is filled between 1/2 and 3/4 full for optimal results.
- Place the lid on the crock.
- Plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet.
- Press the SLOW COOK button.
- Select desired heat setting: LOW (8-9 hours), HIGH (3-4 hours), or WARM (for keeping food at serving temperature).
- Set the cooking time using the TEMP/TIME button and the UP/DOWN arrows.
- Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
- Once cooking is complete, the unit will automatically switch to the WARM setting (if not already on WARM) or turn off.
Note: Avoid frequently lifting the lid during slow cooking, as this can cause significant heat loss and extend cooking times.
The 7-quart stoneware crock is suitable for preparing large meals, such as casseroles or roasts, using the slow cook function.
2. Temperature Probe Function
Achieve precise internal temperatures for meats and other foods.
- Prepare food and place it in the stoneware crock.
- Insert the temperature probe into the thickest part of the food, ensuring it does not touch the bottom or sides of the crock.
- Connect the probe cable to the port on the control panel.
- Place the lid on the crock, ensuring the probe cable is properly routed through the lid's designated opening.
- Press the TEMP PROBE button.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to set the desired target internal temperature.
- Press START/STOP to begin. The display will show the actual temperature and the target temperature.
- The unit will maintain the set temperature until the target is reached, then switch to WARM or turn off.
Caution: Keep the lid closed to prevent heat loss, which can lead to uneven cooking or undercooked results.
The temperature probe allows for precise cooking by monitoring the internal temperature of food, such as a whole chicken.
3. Sous-Vide Function
Cook food evenly and precisely in a temperature-controlled water bath.
- Place the sous-vide rack into the stoneware crock.
- Fill the crock with water, ensuring it covers the food you intend to cook.
- Seal single servings of food in resealable, vacuum-sealable bags.
- Submerge the sealed food bags completely in the water bath, using the rack to keep them organized.
- Insert the temperature probe into the water, ensuring it is not touching the crock or food bags.
- Place the lid on the crock, routing the probe cable.
- Press the SOUS VIDE button.
- Use the UP/DOWN arrows to set the desired water temperature and cooking time based on your recipe.
- Press START/STOP to begin. The unit will heat the water to the set temperature and maintain it for the duration.
Tip: The sous-vide method helps prevent overcooking by heating the water that surrounds the food, bringing it to the desired internal temperature.
Prepare food in sealed bags and submerge them in the water bath for precise sous-vide cooking.

- Always unplug the slow cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
