3. Setup
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge
- Carefully remove the speaker and all accessories from the packaging.
- Before first use, fully charge the speaker's internal battery. Connect the provided charging cable to the DC 5V input on the control panel and plug it into a suitable power source. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
3.2 Control Panel Overview
Familiarize yourself with the control panel located on the top of the speaker. It includes various inputs and controls for managing audio playback and settings.

- Volume/Power Knob: Turn clockwise to power on and increase volume; turn counter-clockwise to decrease volume and power off.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
Turn the Volume/Power knob clockwise to power on the speaker. Turn it counter-clockwise until it clicks to power off.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing 'BLUE' on the display.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select 'BT1708' from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and 'BLUE' will stop flashing. You can now play audio from your device.
4.3 Using USB/TF Card
- Insert a USB drive or TF (MicroSD) card with MP3 audio files into the respective port/slot.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB/TF card mode and begin playing. If not, press the 'MODE' button to select the correct input.
- Use the playback control buttons (Play/Pause, Previous, Next) to manage your music.
4.4 AUX Input
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, computer) to the 'AUX IN' port using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- Press the 'MODE' button until 'AUX' is displayed.

4.5 Microphone Usage
- Connect a wired microphone to the 'MIC IN' port.
- Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated 'VOL MIC' knob on the control panel.
- Adjust the echo effect using the 'ECO' knob for desired vocal enhancement.
4.6 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Function
To achieve a true wireless stereo experience, you can pair two BT1708 speakers together:
- Ensure both BT1708 speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not yet paired with any device.
- On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the 'TWS' button for a few seconds.
- The speakers will attempt to connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
- Now, pair your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 4.2. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the speaker regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
- Water Resistance: This speaker is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposure to water or high humidity.
