Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your airless paint sprayer for use.
- Assemble the Unit: Attach the wheels and handle to the main unit if they are not pre-assembled. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Connect the Hose: Securely attach the 15-meter airless hose to the fluid outlet on the main unit and to the spray gun. Use the provided wrenches to tighten connections, ensuring no leaks.

Operating Instructions
Once the unit is set up and primed, you can begin spraying. Always test on a scrap surface first.
- Set Pressure: Turn the prime/spray valve to the 'Spray' position. Use the digital pressure display and regulator to set the desired pressure (120-180 bar recommended working pressure, 225 bar max). Start with a lower pressure and gradually increase until you achieve a consistent spray pattern.
- Spraying Technique: Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface, approximately 30 cm (12 inches) away. Move the gun in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass by about 50%. Release the trigger at the end of each stroke.
- Fluid Regulation: The fluid regulator allows for precise control of the flow rate, ensuring uniform application.
- Using the Extension: For high or hard-to-reach areas, attach the 500mm airless extension to the spray gun.
- Stopping Operation: When finished or taking a break, engage the trigger lock on the spray gun and turn off the main unit.

Maintenance and Cleaning
