4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your signal generator:
- Connect the LCD Display: Carefully align and connect the LCD display module to the pin headers on the main control board.
- Power Wiring (P1): Connect the power supply to the P1 terminal block.
- VDD: Connect to the positive terminal of your 7-12VDC power supply.
- GND: Connect to the negative terminal of your power supply.
- Signal Output Wiring (P2): Connect your load or measurement equipment to the P2 terminal block.
- Q3C: Phase C signal output.
- Q2B: Phase B signal output.
- Q1A: Phase A signal output.

5. Operating Instructions
The device features several buttons for adjusting parameters:
- FUN: Function button. Use this to cycle through adjustable parameters (e.g., frequency, phase). A long press on the "FUN" button will save the currently set values, which will be recalled upon the next power-on.
- UP/DOWN: Adjusts the selected parameter's value incrementally.
- ADD/SUB: Adjusts the selected parameter's value in larger steps or changes the digit being adjusted.
Parameter Adjustment:
- Press the FUN button to select the parameter you wish to adjust (e.g., frequency, phase). The selected parameter will typically blink or be highlighted on the LCD.
- Use the UP and DOWN buttons for fine adjustments.
- Use the ADD and SUB buttons for coarse adjustments or to move between digits for faster input.
- Once the desired value is set, press and hold the FUN button to save the settings.

- No Power/Display Off:

- Ensure the LCD display is securely connected to the main board.
- Incorrect Output Signal:
- Verify the frequency and phase settings on the display.
- Check output wiring (Q1A, Q2B, Q3C) for correct connections.
- Note that the output may exhibit a D-A quantizing waveform. This is normal for digital-to-analog conversion and can typically be filtered out by external circuitry if a smoother signal is required.
- The output impedance is relatively high. Consider using a buffer or amplifier if driving low-impedance loads.
- Parameters Not Saving:
- Ensure you perform a long press on the "FUN" button after setting parameters to save them.
