4. Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully to install your new pressure washer pump:
- Prepare the Engine Shaft: Ensure the engine shaft is clean and free of debris. Make sure the pump and shaft keyway are aligned in the same direction. If you cannot rotate the engine shaft by hand, gently pull the start rope to rotate it to the desired direction.

5. Operation
5.1 Initial Startup
- Ensure all hoses are securely connected to the pump and the pressure washer.
- Connect the water supply to the pump's inlet. Ensure a steady and adequate water flow.
- Start the pressure washer engine according to its manufacturer's instructions. The pump features an easy start mechanism, so there is no need to release pressure before starting.
- Allow water to flow through the pump and hose to purge any air before attaching the spray gun.
5.2 Detergent Application
- To use detergent, connect the pure chemical hose (siphon tube) to the chemical injection port on the pump.
- Place the other end of the chemical hose into a container of pressure washer safe detergent.
- Use a low-pressure nozzle (typically a black or wide-angle nozzle) to apply detergent. The pump will automatically draw detergent when operating at low pressure.
- After applying detergent, switch to a high-pressure nozzle to rinse the surface thoroughly.
