3. Components and Parts

4. Initial Setup

- Clean: Wash the lid, egg trays, poaching tray, omelet tray, and measuring cup with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- Placement: Place the egg cooker on a stable, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Hard-Boiled or Soft-Boiled Eggs
- Measure Water: Use the provided measuring cup to add the appropriate amount of water to the heating plate in the base unit. The cup has markings for soft, medium, and hard-boiled eggs.
- Pierce Eggs: Use the piercing pin on the bottom of the measuring cup to gently pierce the large end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking.
- Place Eggs: Arrange eggs in the 6-egg bottom tray. If cooking more than 6 eggs, place the transparent riser on the bottom tray, then add the 6-egg top tray and arrange additional eggs.
- Cover: Place the lid securely on top of the unit.
- Start Cooking: Plug in the unit and press the power button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Ready Signal: The unit will automatically turn off and emit a buzzer sound when the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
- Cool Eggs: Carefully remove the egg trays using the retrieval tool. For easier peeling, immediately transfer the cooked eggs to an ice bath or rinse under cold water.

5.2. Poached Eggs
- Prepare Poaching Tray: Lightly grease the poaching tray.
- Add Water: Fill the measuring cup to the "Poaching" line and pour water onto the heating plate.
- Crack Eggs: Crack one egg into each section of the poaching tray.
- Assemble: Place the 6-egg bottom tray on the base, then place the poaching tray on top of it.
- Cover and Cook: Place the lid on the unit, plug it in, and press the power button.
- Serve: Once the buzzer sounds, carefully remove the poaching tray and serve immediately.

5.3. Omelets
- Prepare Omelet Tray: Lightly grease the omelet tray.
- Add Water: Fill the measuring cup to the "Omelet" line and pour water onto the heating plate.
- Prepare Omelet Mixture: Whisk 1-2 eggs with your desired ingredients (e.g., cheese, vegetables) and pour into the omelet tray.
- Assemble: Place the 6-egg bottom tray on the base, then place the omelet tray on top of it.
- Cover and Cook: Place the lid on the unit, plug it in, and press the power button.
- Serve: Once the buzzer sounds, carefully remove the omelet tray and serve.
5.4. Steaming Vegetables
- Add Water: Fill the measuring cup with water to the desired level for steaming (refer to the manual for specific vegetable steaming times and water amounts). Pour water onto the heating plate.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
