Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The indicator lights on the case and/or earbuds will show charging status. A full charge for the earbuds takes approximately 1.5 hours, and the charging case takes approximately 2 hours.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.
2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case for the first time.
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "GLIDiC TW-5000s" from the list of found devices.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds' indicator lights will change (e.g., turn off or solid blue).
Note: If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then repeat the steps.
Operating Instructions
Earbud Controls
The GLIDiC Sound Air TW-5000s earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls. Specific functions may vary slightly depending on your device and operating system.
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
- Ambient Sound Mode: The earbuds support a multi-communication mode allowing selection of ambient sounds. Refer to your device's Bluetooth settings or a dedicated GLIDiC app (if available) for specific controls related to this feature.
Power On/Off
- Power On: Earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case.
- Power Off: Earbuds automatically power off when placed back into the charging case and the lid is closed.
- Manual Power Off: Press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a power-off prompt.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
- Gently remove any earwax or debris from the ear tips and speaker mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.
- Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of dust or debris to ensure proper charging.
Storage
- When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
- Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.
