2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging. Retain the packaging materials for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the air cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit (at least 20 cm) for proper airflow. Do not place it directly against a wall or furniture.
  3. Filling the Water Tank:
    • Locate the water tank, typically at the bottom or rear of the unit.
    • Pull out or open the water tank.
    • Fill the tank with clean, cool water up to the "MAX" indicator line. Do not overfill.
    • For enhanced cooling, you may add ice packs (if provided or suitable) to the water tank.
    • Securely close or reinsert the water tank.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet meets the appliance's power requirements.

5. Operating Instructions

The EuropAce ECO Air Cooler is operated via the control panel located on the top of the unit.

Control Panel Functions:

  • Power Button (ON/OFF): Press to turn the unit on or off.
  • Speed Button (SPEED): Press to cycle through fan speeds (Low, Medium, High).
  • Mode Button (MODE): Press to select operating modes (e.g., Normal, Natural, Sleep).

General Operation:

  1. Plug in the appliance.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button to start the unit. It will typically start in a default fan mode.
  3. Press the SPEED button to adjust the fan intensity.
  4. To activate cooling, ensure the water tank is filled, then press the COOL button.
  5. Use the SWING button for wider air circulation.
  6. Set a timer if desired using the TIMER button.
  7. To turn off the unit, press the ON/OFF button again.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air cooler. Always unplug the unit before performing any maintenance.

Cleaning the Exterior:

  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.

Cleaning the Water Tank:

  • Empty any remaining water from the tank.
  • Clean the tank with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Allow the tank to air dry completely before reinserting.
  • Clean the water tank at least once a week during regular use to prevent mold and mildew growth.

Cleaning the Honeycomb Filter:

  • Carefully remove the honeycomb filter from the rear of the unit.
  • Rinse the filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild detergent.
  • Allow the filter to dry completely in a shaded area before reinstalling. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
  • Clean the filter every two weeks or more frequently depending on air quality and usage.

Storage:

  • Before storing, ensure the water tank is empty and clean, and the filter is dry.
  • Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Cover the unit to protect it from dust.
