1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

The EuropAce EQQ 7931S fan comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for initial setup:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the fan and all packaging materials from the box.
  2. Placement: Place the fan on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the fan for optimal airflow and oscillation.
  3. Power Connection: Insert the power plug into a standard electrical outlet (AC 220-240V, 50/60Hz).
  4. Remote Control Battery: If using the remote control, ensure batteries are correctly inserted. Remove any plastic tab protecting the battery compartment if present.

4. Operating Instructions

The fan can be operated using either the sensor touch control panel on the unit or the provided remote control.

4.1 Control Panel Functions

  • ON/OFF (Power Button): Press to turn the fan on or off.
  • FAN 1 / FAN 2 / FAN 3: Each button controls a specific fan unit. Press repeatedly to cycle through Low (L), Medium (M), and High (H) speeds for that individual fan unit.
  • MODE: Press to cycle through different fan modes (e.g., Normal, Natural, Sleep). The active mode will be indicated on the display.
  • TIMER: Press to set the operating timer. Each press increases the timer setting (e.g., 1H, 2H, 4H, 8H). The fan will automatically turn off after the set time.
  • OSC (Oscillation): Press to activate or deactivate the oscillation function, allowing the fan to sweep air across a wider area.

4.2 Remote Control Functions

The remote control duplicates all functions available on the main control panel for convenient operation from a distance. Point the remote control towards the fan's receiver when operating.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your fan.

5.1 Cleaning the Fan

  1. Unplug: Always ensure the fan is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish.
  3. Detachable Fan Blades: The fan blades are detachable for easy cleaning. Carefully follow the instructions in the assembly guide (if provided separately) or consult the manufacturer's website for specific blade removal procedures. Once removed, clean the blades with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
  4. Grille Cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust from the grilles.
  5. Storage: If storing the fan for an extended period, cover it to protect it from dust and store in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your fan, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
