Setup and Charging
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the massager for approximately 3-4 hours. The device is powered by a 2600mAh Lithium-Ion battery.
- Connect the charging cable to the charging dock.
- Place the massager securely into the charging dock.
- Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate to show that the device is charging. It will change or turn off when fully charged.

Operation
Attaching Massage Heads
To change massage heads, gently pull the current head off the massager. Align the desired head with the massager's attachment point and push firmly until it clicks into place.
Powering On/Off
Press the Start Button (red button on the control panel) to turn the massager on. Press it again to turn the massager off.
Selecting Massage Mode and Intensity
Once powered on, use the Mode Button to cycle through the available massage programs. Use the Intensity (+/-) Buttons to adjust the massage strength to your preference. The massager offers 4 auto programs and 4 speed settings.
Application
Apply the massager to the desired body part. The ergonomic design and long anti-skid handle allow for easy reach to areas like the back, shoulders, legs, and feet. Move the massager slowly over the muscles, applying gentle pressure. Do not press too hard or remain on one spot for an extended period.

Maintenance and Care
Cleaning
Always unplug the massager from the power source before cleaning. Wipe the massager unit and massage heads with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals. Ensure the device is completely dry before storing or recharging.
Storage
Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it out of reach of children. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged to prolong its lifespan.
