1. Product Overview

2. Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the water cooler from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the back of the unit.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water barrel seat and drip tray with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Install Water Bottle:
Remove the cap from a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Carefully lift the bottle and place it inverted onto the top-loading water barrel seat. Ensure the bottle is seated firmly and water begins to flow into the dispenser's internal reservoirs.

- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (110V/60Hz).
- Activate Heating/Cooling: Locate the ON/OFF switches for hot and cold water on the back of the unit. Turn them to the "ON" position. Allow approximately 15-30 minutes for the water to reach optimal hot and cold temperatures before dispensing.
- Important Safety Tip: Do not heat water without a water bottle installed or with very little water remaining in the bottle. This can damage the heating element.
3. Operating Instructions
The COSTWAY Water Cooler Dispenser is designed for simple and safe operation.
Dispensing Cold Water:
- Place your cup or container under the blue cold water tap.
- Push the blue lever down to dispense cold water. Release the lever to stop the flow.
Dispensing Hot Water (with Child Lock):
- Place your cup or container under the red hot water tap.
- To dispense hot water, you must first push the red safety lock button inward, then simultaneously push the red lever down.
- Release both the button and the lever to stop the flow. This two-step process prevents accidental hot water dispensing, especially important for households with children.

Control Panel Indicators:
- The control panel features indicator lights for "HOT", "POWER", and "COLD" to show the status of the heating, power, and cooling functions.
Storage Cabinet:
The bottom section of the dispenser includes a small storage cabinet. This space is ideal for keeping disposable cups or other small accessories conveniently within reach, promoting hygiene in public or shared environments.

4. Maintenance

- Drip Tray Cleaning:
The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Simply slide it out, rinse it with gentle soap and warm water, and dry thoroughly before replacing.

- Water Barrel Seat Cleaning:
The anti-dust mite water barrel seat is detachable. Lift it off the dispenser, clean it with mild soap and water, and ensure it is completely dry before reattaching. This helps maintain water sanitation.
- Exterior Cleaning:
Wipe the exterior ABS body of the dispenser with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Internal Cleaning (Periodically):
