1. Introduction

Welcome to your new SOUIDMY SEP-8801 Digital Piano. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your instrument. The SEP-8801 is designed to offer a rich musical experience with its 88 semi-weighted keys and advanced sound engine.

The SEP-8801 features a Deam Sam5504 Sound Engine, utilizing samples from a prized concert piano, and 24-bit DSP for realistic sound reproduction. It includes 88 demo songs, 100 rhythms, and 128 tones, providing multiple choices for musical expression.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. It is recommended to retain the original packaging for future transport or storage of the instrument.

3.2 Power Connection

Connect the AC power adapter to the DC IN port located on the rear panel of the piano. Then, plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

3.3 Music Stand Installation

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button located on the front panel to turn the digital piano on or off.

4.2 Volume Adjustment

Use the PIANO VOLUME knob on the front panel to adjust the overall sound level of the instrument.

4.3 Tone Selection

Press the TONE button. Use the +/- buttons to cycle through the 128 available instrument tones. The selected tone will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5. Maintenance
