4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Before First Use
- Unpack the appliance and all accessories carefully.
- Wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, whisk, dough hook, beater, and all meat grinder components (except the main unit) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are dry before assembly.
4.2 Assembling the Stand Mixer
- Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Press the head-lift button to release and lift the mixing head.
- Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base, twisting it clockwise until it locks securely.
- Select the desired attachment (whisk, dough hook, or beater). Align the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then twist to lock it into place.
- Lower the mixing head until it locks into position. You should hear a click.
- Attach the transparent splash guard by aligning it with the mixing head and twisting it into place.

4.3 Assembling the Meat Grinder
- Ensure the main unit is unplugged.
- Remove the front cover from the accessory drive port on the front of the mixer head.
- Insert the meat grinder housing into the drive port, aligning the tab on the housing with the slot on the mixer. Twist counter-clockwise to secure.
- Insert the screw into the grinder housing.
- Place the blade onto the screw, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards.
- Select a grinding disc (fine, medium, or coarse) and place it over the blade.
- Screw the locking ring onto the grinder housing until it is finger-tight.
- Place the feeding tray on top of the grinder housing.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Using the Stand Mixer
- Ensure the mixer is properly assembled with the desired attachment and mixing bowl.
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting (1-6). The smart circuit ensures constant operating speed regardless of the load.
- For short bursts of power, use the 'P' (Pulse) setting. Hold the knob at 'P' for as long as needed, then release.
- Monitor the mixing process through the transparent splash guard. Use the easy-fill window to add ingredients during operation if necessary.
- When finished, turn the control knob to '0' (Off) and unplug the appliance.
- Press the head-lift button to raise the mixing head and remove the attachment and bowl.

5.2 Using the Meat Grinder
- Ensure the meat grinder attachment is correctly assembled and secured to the main unit.
- Prepare meat by cutting it into small pieces that fit into the feeding tray opening. Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.
- Place a bowl or container under the grinder outlet to collect the ground meat.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the control knob to a medium speed setting (e.g., 3-4).
- Place meat pieces onto the feeding tray and use the pusher to gently guide them into the grinder. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat into the grinder.
- After grinding, turn the control knob to '0' (Off) and unplug the appliance.
- To make sausages, replace the grinding disc and blade with the sausage filler attachment. Follow the same procedure for feeding meat.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
- Mixing Bowl and Splash Guard: These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Whisk, Dough Hook, Beater: These attachments are dishwasher safe. For stubborn residue, soak in warm, soapy water before washing. Rinse and dry completely.
- Meat Grinder Components: Disassemble the meat grinder attachment immediately after use. Wash all parts (housing, screw, blade, grinding discs, feeding tray, pusher, sausage fillers) in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any food residue. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent rust, especially for metal parts like the blade and discs. These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Storage: Store the cleaned and dried appliance and its accessories in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
