Important Safety Instructions

1. Motor Base: Contains the powerful 1000W motor and control dial.
2. Processing Bowl (3.5L): Large capacity bowl for chopping, slicing, and grating.
3. Blender Jar (1.8L): For blending liquids, smoothies, and purees.
4. Grinder (250ml): Small attachment for grinding spices, coffee beans, etc.
5. Citrus Juicer: Attachment for extracting juice from citrus fruits.
6. Stainless Steel Discs (3 types): For slicing, coarse grating, and fine grating/chopping.
7. Chopping Blade: For general chopping of vegetables and meat.
8. Dough Blade: For kneading dough.

Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (bowls, blades, discs, lids) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.

Assembling the Food Processor:

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Place the processing bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the safety lock mechanism, and turn clockwise until it clicks into place.
3. Carefully place the desired blade or disc onto the central shaft inside the bowl.
4. Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning it correctly, and turn clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not properly locked.
5. Ensure the control dial is in the 'OFF' position before plugging into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

• Always ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and locked before plugging it in.
• Add ingredients to the bowl/jar. Do not overfill.
• Select the desired speed using the variable speed control dial. For short bursts of power, use the 'PULSE' setting.
• After use, turn the dial to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

Specific Functions:

• Chopping/Minicing (Chopping Blade): Place the chopping blade onto the shaft. Add ingredients. Use pulse for coarse chopping or continuous speed for finer results.
• Slicing/Grating (Discs): Insert the desired slicing or grating disc. Secure the lid. Use the food pusher to feed ingredients through the feed tube.
• Blending (Blender Jar): Attach the blender jar to the motor base. Add liquids and soft ingredients. Use appropriate speed for blending.
• Grinding (Grinder): Attach the grinder cup to the motor base. Add dry ingredients like spices or coffee beans. Operate for short bursts.
• Kneading (Dough Blade): Attach the dough blade. Add flour and liquid ingredients. Use a low speed or pulse until dough forms.
• Citrus Juicing: Attach the juicer cone and strainer. Press halved citrus fruits onto the cone to extract juice.

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Disassemble all removable parts.
• Wash the processing bowl, blender jar, grinder, lids, blades, and discs in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Care instructions specify hand wash.
