Setup and Installation
1. Measure Your Watch Lug Width
Before installation, accurately measure the lug width of your watch. This is the distance between the two points where the watch band attaches to the watch case. Ensure your measurement is precise to avoid an improper fit. A 1mm error can result in an unsuitable band.

2. Attaching the Watch Band
- Locate the quick release pin on the back of the watch band.
- Insert one end of the quick release pin into the lug hole on one side of your watch.
- Pull the small lever on the quick release pin to retract the other end of the pin.
- Align the retracted end with the opposite lug hole and release the lever. The pin should snap into place securely.
- Gently tug on the band to ensure it is firmly attached to the watch.

Operating and Wearing
1. Adjusting the Fit
The watch band is designed to fit wrists with a circumference between 5.6 inches and 7.1 inches. Use the buckle to adjust the band to a comfortable and secure fit on your wrist. Ensure the watch is not too tight to allow for proper circulation, nor too loose to prevent accurate sensor readings (if applicable to your smartwatch).

Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your watch band. Follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: After exercise or exposure to sweat, rinse the watch band with clean water. Wipe it thoroughly with a clean, soft towel.
- Storage: Do not store the watch band in direct sunlight or in a humid environment. Store it in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not expose the band to strong chemicals or solvents, as this may damage the silicone material.

Troubleshooting
- Band does not fit: Ensure you have measured your watch's lug width accurately. A 1mm measurement error can prevent proper fit. Double-check your watch's specifications for compatible band sizes.
- Difficulty attaching/detaching: Ensure the quick release pins are fully retracted when inserting and released completely into the lug holes. Verify that the pins are not bent or damaged.
- Skin irritation: If you experience skin irritation, ensure the band is clean and dry. Avoid wearing the band too tightly. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
