Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the exterior of the laminator with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Roller Cleaning: To clean the rollers, run a folded piece of paper through the laminator without a pouch. This can help remove any adhesive residue.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the laminator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive dust.

Troubleshooting

Problem: Document Jammed
Solution: Press the ABS (Anti-Blocking System) release button located on the front of the machine. Gently pull the jammed pouch out of the entry slot. Ensure the pouch is inserted straight and centered for future laminations.

Problem: Poor Lamination Quality (Bubbles, Wrinkles)
Solution: Ensure the laminator has fully warmed up (green "Ready" light is on). Use the correct pouch thickness setting for your pouches. Make sure the document is flat and properly inserted into the pouch without air pockets. Consider running the laminated document through the machine a second time if necessary.
Problem: Machine Not Heating Up
Solution: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the laminator and the electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the back of the machine is in the "ON" position. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
