Setup

1. Assembling the Mount

The GPS unit comes with a suction cup mount and a back bracket for secure placement in your vehicle. Follow these steps to assemble and attach the mount:

1. Attach the back bracket to the rear of the GPS navigation unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the suction cup mount to the back bracket. The mount allows for angle adjustment to optimize viewing.

2. Mounting in Your Vehicle

Choose a suitable location on your windshield or dashboard that does not obstruct your view or interfere with airbags. Clean the surface thoroughly before attaching the suction cup.

1. Ensure the suction cup lever is in the released (unlocked) position.
2. Press the suction cup firmly against the chosen surface.
3. Flip the lever on the suction cup to the locked position to create a secure seal.
4. Adjust the angle of the GPS unit for optimal viewing.

3. Powering the Device

Connect the provided car charger to the GPS unit's power input port and plug the other end into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket). The unit will automatically power on or begin charging.

1. Main Menu Overview

The 7-inch touch screen provides an intuitive interface for accessing all functions. The main menu typically displays options such as Navigation, Settings, FM, GPS Info, USB, and Date/Time.

• Route Planning: Select from 4 route options: Fast, Green, Short, or Easy.
• Search Options: Supports searching by Postcode, Address, Coordinates, Favorites, and Points of Interest (POI).
• Driving Assistance: Provides Intelligent Current Speed Camera Alerts, Sound Warnings, Street Names Broadcast, Current Speed display, Active Lane Assistant, and Estimated Arrival Time.
• Map Display: View maps in 2D or 3D mode. Units can be switched between miles/feet/yards and kilometers/meters.

3. Custom Vehicle Settings

Tailor your navigation experience by customizing routes based on your vehicle's specific dimensions and weight. This feature helps avoid roads with restrictions.

• Adjust settings for vehicle weight, length, height, and width.
• Supports 7 vehicle types: Car, Truck, Bus, Taxi, Emergency, Bicycle, and Pedestrian.

4. FM Broadcast Function

The unit includes an FM broadcast function to transfer GPS audio to your car's speakers. This is not an FM radio, but a transmitter for audio output.
