1. Safety Instructions

Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this paint sprayer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, and a respirator.
• Ensure the work area is well-ventilated to prevent the accumulation of flammable vapors.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating the paint sprayer.
• Do not spray near open flames, pilot lights, or other ignition sources.

3. Setup

3.1 Paint Preparation and Viscosity

Proper paint thinning is crucial for optimal spray performance. Use the included viscosity measuring cup to test your paint. Fill the cup with paint and time how long it takes for the paint to flow out. Refer to your paint manufacturer's recommendations for ideal viscosity. Thin paint with water (for water-based paints) or appropriate thinner (for oil-based paints) until the desired viscosity is achieved.

3.2 Nozzle Selection

The sprayer comes with four different nozzle sizes, each suitable for different paint types and applications:

• 1.3mm & 1.8mm: Ideal for thin paints like sealers and varnish.
• 2.6mm: Suitable for thin paints, sealers, and varnish.
• 3.0mm: Best for thicker materials such as latex paint, chalk type paint, and milk type paint.

3.3 Assembly

1. Attach the desired nozzle to the spray gun.
2. Ensure the suction tube is correctly oriented. If spraying downwards, the tube should point towards the front of the container. If spraying upwards, it should point towards the back.
3. Fill the 1300ml container with your prepared paint.
4. Securely attach the container to the spray gun unit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjusting Spray Pattern

The spray pattern can be adjusted by rotating the air cap on the front of the sprayer. There are three common patterns:

• Circular (45°): For small areas or detail work.
• Vertical (180°): For horizontal surfaces.
• Horizontal (90°): For vertical surfaces.

4.2 Flow Control

Use the flow control knob located on the trigger to adjust the paint output volume. Turn it clockwise for more paint and counter-clockwise for less. Start with a lower setting and gradually increase until the desired coverage is achieved.

4.3 Spraying Technique

Hold the sprayer approximately 6-12 inches from the surface, keeping it perpendicular to the surface. Move the sprayer in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass by about one-third. Release the trigger at the end of each stroke to avoid paint buildup.

5. Maintenance

Thorough cleaning after each use is essential to prevent clogging and ensure the longevity of your paint sprayer.

1. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Empty any remaining paint from the container.
3. Disassemble the spray gun (container, nozzle, air cap, suction tube).
4. Clean all disassembled parts with warm soapy water for water-based paints, or appropriate solvent for oil-based paints. Use the provided cleaning brush and needle to clear any blockages in the nozzle and air cap.
5. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to dry completely before reassembly or storage.
