  • Maintain a minimum clearance of 36 inches (91 cm) from combustible materials to the sides and rear of the grill.
  • Never leave a lit grill unattended.
  • Keep children and pets away from the grill at all times.

2.2 Propane Tank Safety

  • Use only a 20 lb (9.1 kg) propane cylinder with an OPD (Overfill Protection Device) valve.
  • Always check for gas leaks before each use. Apply a soapy water solution to connections; bubbles indicate a leak.

5. Setup

5.1 Connecting the Propane Tank

  1. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  2. Place the propane tank securely in the designated holder.
  3. Connect the regulator hose to the propane tank valve. Turn the black coupling nut clockwise until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
  4. Perform a leak test as described in Section 2.2.

5.2 First Burn-Off

Before cooking for the first time, perform a burn-off to remove any manufacturing residues. Light all burners on high for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning the grates.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Lighting the Burners

  1. Open the grill lid.
  2. Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
  3. Push and turn any burner control knob to the "HIGH" position. The integrated piezoelectric ignition system will ignite the burner.
  4. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the process.
  5. Once one burner is lit, you can light adjacent burners by turning their knobs to "HIGH".

6.2 Temperature Control

The MASTER COOK grill features 3 independent stainless steel burners, each capable of producing 10,000 BTU, for a total of 30,000 BTU. Adjust individual burner knobs to achieve desired cooking temperatures. The built-in thermometer on the lid provides an approximate internal temperature reading.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Cooking Grates

After each use, once the grill has cooled, clean the porcelain-enamel wire cooking grates with a grill brush. For stubborn residue, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.

7.2 Cleaning the Exterior

Wipe down the stainless steel control panel and powder-coated surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool, which can scratch the finish.

7.3 Storage

When not in use, especially during extended periods or inclement weather, store the grill in a dry, sheltered area. Consider using a grill cover to protect it from the elements. Ensure the propane tank is disconnected and stored separately as per safety guidelines.
