Setup and Installation
Before beginning installation, ensure your grill is completely cool and disconnected from its gas supply. It is recommended to wear gloves to protect your hands from sharp edges or residue.
- Remove Old Components: Carefully remove the cooking grates, warming rack, and any existing heat tents and burners from your grill. Note how the old components were positioned.
- Clean Grill Interior: Thoroughly clean the inside of your grill, removing any grease, food debris, or rust. This will ensure proper fit and prevent future issues.
- Install New Burners: Place the new burners into their designated slots. Ensure the burner inlets align with the gas orifices. If the screw cannot be easily screwed into the burner tube, a light tap with a hammer or similar tool may help seat it properly.
- Connect Crossover Tubes: Attach the adjustable crossover tubes between the burners. These tubes facilitate flame transfer between burners. Adjust their length as needed to fit securely between the burner ports. You may need to gently bend the tabs on the crossover tubes to achieve proper alignment with the burner holes.
- Place Heat Tents: Position the porcelain steel heat tents over the newly installed burners. Ensure they sit securely and cover the burners adequately to distribute heat evenly and protect the burners from drippings.
- Reinstall Grates: Place the cooking grates and warming rack back into their original positions.

Operating Your Grill (After Part Replacement)
After installing the new replacement parts, perform a leak test on all gas connections before lighting the grill. Refer to your grill's original instruction manual for specific lighting procedures.
Ensure proper ventilation when operating your grill. Always preheat the grill with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes to allow the new parts to heat evenly and burn off any manufacturing residues.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance of your grill parts will ensure longevity and optimal performance.
- Cleaning Burners: Periodically inspect burner ports for blockages. Use a wire brush or a stiff wire to clear any debris. Ensure gas orifices are clear.
- Cleaning Heat Tents: Scrape off any accumulated grease or food residue from the heat tents. They can be washed with warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
- General Grill Cleaning: Keep the grill interior clean to prevent excessive grease buildup, which can lead to flare-ups and corrosion of parts.
- Storage: If storing the grill for an extended period, ensure all parts are clean and dry. Consider covering the grill to protect it from elements.
