2. Safety Precautions
- Do not connect the inverter with grid power. A reverse connection of positive and negative terminals is forbidden.
- Do not overload the inverter. For inductive loads, choose an inverter with a continuous power output 3-7 times higher than your appliance's wattage. For refrigerators, a 10 times higher power inverter is recommended.
- Always turn off the load first, then turn off the inverter. When powering on, turn on the inverter first, then your loads. This ensures stable output during the initial seconds due to the soft start function.
- If a red light flashes, it indicates that the input voltage is slightly high.
- Use only the standard battery cables provided with the inverter to ensure full output capacity. Built-in fuses are for safety; spare fuses are included in the package.

4. Setup
4.1. DC Input Connection
Connect the inverter to your 24V DC battery bank. Ensure correct polarity to prevent damage. The inverter features two cooling fans on the rear panel, adjacent to the DC input terminals.

Follow these steps for DC connection:
- Remove the hardware (nuts and washers) from the positive and negative studs on the inverter.
- Connect the negative battery cables to the black negative terminal on the inverter. If using multiple cables, twist them together for a secure connection.
- Connect the positive battery cables to the red positive terminal on the inverter.
- Secure all connections with the flat washer, lock washer, and nut, ensuring they are tight and not loose.
- Ensure all wires are tight and secure to prevent arcing or poor contact.

4.2. AC Output Connection
The inverter provides four standard US-type AC outlets for connecting your appliances. Each port supports up to 15 Amps, with a maximum total of 60 Amps across all four outlets. For higher power draw items, the inverter also features a terminal block for hardwiring.

For hardwiring, connect the ground (yellow), neutral (black), and hot (red) wires to the corresponding terminals on the terminal block. Always ensure proper wiring and secure connections. After wiring, replace the plastic cover over the terminal block for safety.
4.3. Wired Remote Control
A wired remote control is included for convenient power management. Connect the remote control cable to the designated port on the inverter. The remote allows you to turn the inverter on and off from a distance.

5. Operating Instructions

- Ensure all loads are initially turned off.
- Turn on the inverter using the power switch on the unit or the wired remote control. Allow a few seconds for the inverter to stabilize (soft start function).
- Gradually turn on your appliances, starting with lower wattage devices. Monitor the inverter's display for input voltage, output voltage, and any error indicators.
- To turn off the system, first turn off all connected appliances, then turn off the inverter.
6. Maintenance

- Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure the cooling fan vents are unobstructed to allow proper airflow.

7. Troubleshooting

- Low Voltage Shut Down: If the input voltage drops further to 18.5V-20.5V, the inverter will automatically shut down to protect the batteries. Address the low voltage issue before restarting.
- Overload: In case of an overload, the inverter will shut off. Manually reduce the load and restart the inverter.
- Over Voltage Shut Down: If the input voltage exceeds 30.5V, the inverter will shut down to prevent damage. Verify your battery charging system.
