Operating Instructions
A. Heat Therapy (Microwave Use)
- Clean Microwave: Ensure your microwave is clean and free of food debris to prevent hot spots.
- Place Pad: Fold the heating pad to fit comfortably inside the microwave.
- Initial Heating: Heat the pad for 2-3 minutes. Adjust heating times based on your microwave's wattage.
- Test Temperature: Carefully remove the pad and lightly touch it to test the temperature. If additional warmth is desired, heat in 30-second intervals, checking after each interval.

B. Cold Therapy (Freezer Use)
- Prepare for Freezing: Place the heating pad in a clean, sealed plastic bag to protect it from moisture and odors in the freezer.
- Chill: Chill the pad in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Apply: Remove from the bag and apply to the desired area to help reduce swelling or soothe sprains and tissue injuries.

C. Application
