Important Safety Information

  • Do Not Overheat: Always follow recommended heating times. Overheating can cause burns or damage the product.
  • Microwave Cleanliness: Ensure your microwave is clean before heating. Food particles can cause hot spots.

Setup

Upon receiving your REVIX Microwave Heating Pad, remove it from its packaging. The pad is ready for use as either a hot or cold compress.

Operating Instructions

A. Heat Therapy (Microwave Use)

  1. Clean Microwave: Ensure your microwave is clean and free of food debris to prevent hot spots.
  2. Place Pad: Fold the heating pad to fit comfortably inside the microwave.
  3. Initial Heating: Heat the pad for 2-3 minutes. Adjust heating times based on your microwave's wattage.
  4. Test Temperature: Carefully remove the pad and lightly touch it to test the temperature. If additional warmth is desired, heat in 30-second intervals, checking after each interval.
  5. Apply: Once the desired temperature is reached, place the pad around your neck, shoulders, or other areas requiring moist heat therapy.

The natural herbal blend (Flax seed, millet, lavender, peppermint, chamomile, lemongrass) will release a soothing aroma when heated, enhancing relaxation.

B. Cold Therapy (Freezer Use)

  1. Prepare for Freezing: Place the heating pad in a clean, sealed plastic bag to protect it from moisture and odors in the freezer.
  2. Chill: Chill the pad in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  3. Apply: Remove from the bag and apply to the desired area to help reduce swelling or soothe sprains and tissue injuries.

C. Application

The contoured design of the REVIX pad allows it to sit comfortably around your neck and shoulders. It can also be applied to other body parts such as the lower back, arms, or legs for targeted relief. Use for up to 20 minutes every 2-4 hours.

Maintenance

To clean your REVIX heating pad, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or machine wash, as this can damage the natural herbal filling.
