Setup

1. Power Connection

1. Locate the DC 5V input port on the side of the clock.
2. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 5V input port.
3. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The clock will power on automatically.

2. Mounting the Clock

The clock is designed for wall mounting using the integrated keyholes on the back. Ensure the mounting surface is suitable for the clock's weight (approximately 3.39 pounds).

1. Measure the distance between the two keyholes on the back of the clock.
2. Mark two corresponding points on your wall.
3. Install two screws (not included) into the marked points, leaving a small portion of the screw head protruding to engage with the keyholes.
4. Carefully align the keyholes on the back of the clock with the installed screws and slide the clock down to secure it.

Operating Instructions

The clock features four control buttons on the side: SET, ADD, DOWN, and RESET.

1. Setting Time, Date, and Year

1. Press the SET button once to enter setting mode. The hour digits will begin to flash.
2. Use the ADD button to increase the hour value or the DOWN button to decrease it.
3. Press SET again to move to the minute digits. Adjust using ADD or DOWN.
4. Continue pressing SET to cycle through setting the year, month, and day, adjusting each with ADD or DOWN.
5. After setting the day, press SET one last time to exit setting mode.

2. Switching 12/24 Hour Format

To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time display formats:

• Press and hold the ADD button (sometimes labeled "UP") for approximately 6 seconds. The display will switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

3. Memory Function

The clock is equipped with a memory function. In the event of a power failure, the clock will retain its settings and continue to keep time internally. Once power is restored, the display will resume showing the correct time and date without requiring re-adjustment.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the clock's display and casing. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the surface.
• Placement: Ensure the clock is placed in a location away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to maintain optimal performance and display longevity.
• Power Cord: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact customer support.

Troubleshooting

• Display Malfunctions After Mounting: If the display shows incorrect segments or behaves erratically after mounting, check if the mounting screws are making contact with internal electrical components. Some units may have small electrical contacts protruding near the hanging holes. To resolve this, remove the clock, apply a small piece of insulating electrical tape over any visible metal contacts inside the hanging holes, and then remount the clock.
• Clock Not Keeping Time or Displaying Incorrect Information:
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the clock and a working electrical outlet.
  • Perform a RESET by pressing the RESET button on the side of the clock. Then, re-set the time and date.
• Temperature Display Inaccuracy: The indoor temperature display provides an approximation. For precise temperature readings, a dedicated thermometer may be required.
• Unable to Switch 12/24 Hour Format: Ensure you are pressing and holding the ADD button (sometimes labeled "UP") for the required duration (approximately 6 seconds) to toggle the format.
