5. Installation and Setup
The Heschen HSR1-25 AC Contactor is designed for 35mm DIN rail mounting. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and free from vibrations.
5.1 Mounting on DIN Rail
To mount the contactor, align the top clip with the DIN rail and press down firmly until the bottom clip snaps into place. To remove, pull the bottom clip downwards and lift the contactor off the rail.

5.2 Terminal Connections
Ensure proper wire stripping length and torque for secure connections. Use a manual screwdriver for terminal screws; power drills may overtighten and damage terminals.

6.2 Operational Principle
When the coil (A1-A2) is energized with the rated voltage (220V/230VAC), the magnetic field generated causes the normally closed contacts to open, interrupting the circuit.
