1. Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before operating the mixer.

2.1 Components

2.2 Attachments

3. Setup
- Unpack the Mixer: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure there is enough space around the mixer for operation and ventilation. The suction cups on the base will help secure it.
- Attach the Bowl:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to '0'.
- Place the stainless steel bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves on the bowl with the locking mechanism on the base.
- Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.

- Attach an Accessory:
- Lift the tilt-head by pressing the tilt-head release button and raising the head until it clicks into place.
- Slide the desired attachment (whisk, dough hook, or beater) onto the attachment shaft, aligning the pin on the shaft with the groove on the attachment.
- Rotate the attachment counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Lower the tilt-head by pressing the release button again and gently pushing the head down until it locks.
- Attach the Splash Guard: Place the splash guard over the bowl, ensuring it fits snugly. The opening allows for easy addition of ingredients.
4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate your VIVOHOME Stand Mixer:
- Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the stainless steel mixing bowl.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Select Speed: Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting. The mixer offers 10 speeds and a pulse function (P).

- Speeds 1-3 (Knead Dough): For heavy mixtures like bread dough, pizza dough, or pasta.
- Speeds 4-7 (Mix Salad/Batters): For medium-heavy mixtures like cake batters, cookie dough, or mixing salads.
- Speeds 8-10 (Stir Eggs/Cream): For light mixtures like whipping cream, egg whites, or light batters.
- Pulse (P): Provides short bursts of power for quick mixing or incorporating ingredients.
- Monitor Mixing: Observe the mixing process through the transparent splash guard. Use the opening to add additional ingredients as needed.
- Turn Off: Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control knob back to '0' and unplug the mixer from the outlet.
- Remove Bowl and Attachments: Lift the tilt-head, remove the attachment by rotating it clockwise, and then unlock and remove the mixing bowl.
5. Care and Cleaning
Proper care and cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VIVOHOME Stand Mixer.
- Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
- Mixer Body: Wipe the exterior of the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer body in water or any other liquid.
- Stainless Steel Bowl: The 6-quart stainless steel bowl can be washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
- Attachments (Wire Whisk, Dough Hook, Mixing Beater): Wash these attachments by hand with warm, soapy water. Note: The attachments are NOT dishwasher safe. Rinse and dry thoroughly after washing.
- Splash Guard: Wash the splash guard with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
- Storage: Store the mixer and its accessories in a clean, dry place when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
