Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the PhoneSoap Pro unit and its power cord from the packaging.
2. Connect Power: Plug the provided power cord into the 'USB-C IN' port on the back of the PhoneSoap Pro unit.
3. Plug In: Insert the other end of the power cord into a standard wall outlet.
4. Placement: Place the PhoneSoap Pro on a stable, flat surface.

Operating Instructions

1. Open Lid: Lift the lid of the PhoneSoap Pro unit.
2. Place Item: Place your smartphone or other small item (e.g., keys, earbuds, credit cards) in the center of the disinfecting bay. Ensure the item fits without forcing the lid shut.
3. Charging (Optional): If you wish to charge your phone simultaneously, connect your phone's charging cable to one of the USB-A or USB-C OUT ports on the back of the PhoneSoap Pro, and then to your phone. The device allows the cable to pass through a small opening when the lid is closed.
4. Start Disinfection: Close the lid firmly. The disinfection cycle will automatically begin. A lightning bolt indicator light on the top of the unit will illuminate to confirm the cycle is active.
5. Cycle Completion: The disinfection cycle lasts 5 minutes. Once complete, the indicator light will turn off.
6. Remove Item: Open the lid and remove your newly disinfected item.

Maintenance

• Bulb Exposure: If the lightning bolt indicator light turns red, it may indicate that the UV-C bulbs need to be exposed to natural light or a flashlight for up to 10 minutes to reactivate them.
• Cleaning the Unit: Periodically wipe the interior and exterior of the PhoneSoap Pro with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting

• Red Indicator Light: A red light on the unit typically indicates a potential issue, such as a cracked bulb or overheating. If bulb exposure (as per Maintenance section) does not resolve the issue, contact customer service.
• Device Not Sanitizing/Charging: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the wall outlet. Verify that the lid is fully closed to initiate the cycle. Check if the item is placed correctly in the sanitizing bay.
• Bulb Damage: The UV-C bulbs are delicate. Exercise caution when placing items inside to avoid cracking them. Damaged bulbs may require replacement.
